Quality & HSE
Quality you can trace.
Every test we run depends on three things: competent people, calibrated equipment and a safe site. We manage all three through a documented quality, health, safety and environment system, and we keep the records to prove it.
QHSE
Our QHSE commitment
We apply the same discipline to how we work as to what we measure. These commitments govern every project, from the first site survey to the final report.
Competence & continuous training
Engineers and technicians train continuously, and their competence is assessed and recorded for each type of work they perform.
Permit-to-work & LOTO
Work on electrical systems starts only under a permit, with lock-out/tag-out isolation and electrical safety rules applied on every site.
Calibrated test equipment
Our test instruments are calibrated and checked at defined intervals, so every measurement we report is traceable.
Records for every phase
Inspection, test and commissioning records are documented at every stage, from pre-commissioning checks to final handover.
Independent quality review
An independent internal quality monitoring system reviews our work, our findings and the corrective actions we take.
Approved emergency plans
Documented, approved emergency response plans are in place and communicated to every team on site.
ISO/IEC 17025
Calibration to ISO/IEC 17025
Our calibration work is managed to the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025, and we are working towards formal accreditation by the Saudi Accreditation Center (SAC). We work impartially, and we treat customer information and results as confidential. Accreditation details will appear on certificates once accreditation is granted.
High-voltage test rules
- Isolate, lock out and earth the equipment before testing, unless the approved procedure states otherwise.
- Define, barrier and sign the test zone, keep it clear, and name one person in control of every energisation.
- Prove dead with a voltage detector that is itself checked before and after use.
- Discharge and earth the test object after every high-voltage test. Cables and capacitors can hold a dangerous charge.
- Wear PPE and arc-rated clothing selected for the assessed hazard.
- Stop when conditions change. Everyone on site has the authority to stop a test.
Risk management & business continuity
We plan for disruption, so that we can respond quickly and effectively to any emergency or crisis and protect both our clients' projects and our own operations.
Business continuity plan
A documented business continuity plan (BCP), tested every year.
Periodic risk assessments
Regular risk assessments covering the nature of each project and its working environment.
Emergency scenario drills
Drills for fire, power outage and natural hazard scenarios keep our response practised.
24/7 rapid response team
A rapid response team ready to act at any hour, every day of the week.
Sustainability & social responsibility
We believe in our responsibility to society and the environment, and we build it into the way we deliver every service.
Energy-efficient works
Environmentally responsible, energy-efficient methods in the work we deliver. Systems commissioned to run as designed are the first step to using less energy.
Environmental compliance
Compliance with environmental protection and environmental safety laws and regulations.
Community & volunteering
Support for volunteer work and community initiatives.
National talent
Hiring national talent and developing young Saudi engineers and technicians.
Lower carbon footprint
Reducing the carbon footprint of our operations and maintenance activities.
Registrations & compliance
MASO Dynamics is registered in Al Madinah Al Munawwarah and holds the following registrations with the relevant Saudi authorities.
