Testing & Commissioning
Verified. Then energized.
We test, commission and verify electrical and mechanical systems from the factory floor to final handover. Every reading is traceable, every result is documented, and every system is proven against its design intent before it carries load. Our engineers work across power, protection, generation, mechanical and cooling plant, with diagnostics that keep assets healthy long after handover.
Factory acceptance (FAT)
We witness factory acceptance tests on the client's behalf, checking routine and type-test evidence against the specification before equipment ships.
Site acceptance & pre-commissioning (SAT)
After installation, we inspect and test every item on site — insulation, ratios, wiring, settings and functions — before any system is energized.
Energization & integrated systems testing
We plan and support first energization, then prove systems working together: load transfer, protection under real conditions, plant sequences and failure scenarios.
Maintenance & diagnostic testing
Periodic and condition-based testing that reveals degradation early, trends results over time and turns data into maintenance decisions.
Disciplines
Every system, tested end to end.

Our process
Four steps to certainty.
- 1
Plan & review
We review drawings, specifications, settings and manufacturer data, then issue method statements, test procedures and inspection and test plans (ITPs) for approval.
- 2
Inspect
Visual and mechanical inspection confirms nameplate data, installation quality, terminations, earthing and labelling before any test voltage is applied.
- 3
Test
Qualified engineers execute each test to the approved procedure and the applicable standards, using calibrated, traceable instruments.
- 4
Analyse
Results are compared with factory values, standard limits and sister units. Anomalies are investigated, not just recorded.
- 5
Report & certify
You receive signed test sheets, a clear pass/fail record and a complete commissioning dossier ready for handover.
